Rajma, in original style”



The ingredients are:

Rajama (3)

1)  2 cups Rajma, soaked overnight,

2) 2 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter),

3) 1 tablespoon black cumin seeds, (shahajire),

4) Salt to taste. ( I have used, rock salt ).





To proceed:

1) Cook the Rajma in pressure cooker, till soft.

2) Open the cooker and add salt, mix well.

3) Heat the ghee and add the black cumin seeds.

4) Pour the hot ghee over Rajma.

This Rajma tastes good this way. You will not miss the usual spices, which are generally added to it.
